There was a time in like 2018 (2019?) where I’d see Shia LaBeouf almost every morning. I was living in Echo Park, he was living in Echo Park (or at least loitering nearby). Spotting him on his daily trip to Honey Hi, at the morning coffee counter at Lassens, driving by him on his stomp down to the lake as I was getting on the freeway to go to work. He was an outside person in the same way the old timer who stood by the donut shop every morning was, in the same way the homeless guy in the bus stop was.
