SUMMER FREEZE

I think we all know where this is going.

If you haven’t noticed, content ‘round these parts has been coming a little slow, so I’ve decided to officially announce a summer freeze. After a year of writing on Substack, almost 7,000 subscribers ….we gotta pause for a sec. Keeping April content on task was a rough one. I barely got two posts out. And, when I realized two weren’t going to make an appearance for May, I quietly froze billing for paid subscribers. Billing has been paused through atleast July 1, and any posts I manage to squeeze out between then and now will be free to all subscribers. Archives will also be open.

#HoneyBaby, my anxious vet-biting velcro dog rescue queen, just got the lassssst of her necessary booster shots this morning, which means I can finally get her into doggy training and day care aka two urgent things that will allow me to be able to shower regularly, and clean, and write, and make content, and build a brand, and finally finish moving in, and buy plants, and hang pictures, and do all the other things I thought I’d have crossed off my to do list by now. That means more frequent content, better content, and hopefully newer formats for that content, including podcast. Will it all live here on Substack? Probably not. But, this platform will remain the HQ for most of it, or at least point you to where to find it.
